We are a short 5 minute drive from the town center.  William Stephen Road is easily located off the main Te Anau/Manapouri Highway.

Please read carefully as it affects all bookings:

*    Bookings can be confirmed with credit card details at time of booking

*    Cancellations made 30 - 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of cost of entire booking

*    Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of entire booking.  We will try to resell the booking and if we are able to do this we will refund all charges.

*    We recommend all travelers have adequate travel insurance to protect against unavoidable changes to travel arrangements.

There are a number of fantastic restaurants in Te Anau.  We highly recommend Kepler Restaurant, Redcliff Cafe for fine dining experiences, looking for local dining experiences we suggest The Ranch, The Fat Duck, Bailiez, and the Te Anau Club all the restaurants have a very good reputation.

The Te Anau Golf Club is located on the boundary of our front garden.   The Clubhouse is an easy two minute walk or the clubhouse manager will be happy to deliver a motorised cart to you.

Queenstown is a comfortable 2 hour drive from Te Anau.
